MASON COUNTY, WV — One person is dead after a major accident that happened in Mason County, West Virginia on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014, according to the report from WSAZ.
Police have said that they have reason to believe John Kay was killed when the SUV he was driving collided with a tractor before the tractor rolled onto his vehicle while driving on Highway 35 near the intersection with Kay Lane.

John Kay was killed in the accident, while the driver of the other vehicle was identified as John Howard, who sustained unspecified injuries in the accident, and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
