ALBANY, NY — A major car accident left a 22-year-old man dead in Albany, Oregon on Sunday, March 23rd, 2014, according to the news report from The Gazette Times.
Investigators have said that they have reason to believe Enrique Navarro-Herrera was killed when the vehicle he was driving was struck by aFord Ranger at the intersection of Belmont Street and Pacific Boulevard. Police believe a one of the vehicles ignored the stop signal at the intersection.

Enrique Navarro-Herrera was pronounced dead on the scene by emergency responders when they arrived. The driver of the other vehicle was identified in the report as Jackson Elder, who did not report immediate injuries after the crash.
Officials from the Oregon State Police are currently handling the crash investigation.
