Tots in Mind Play Tents Recalled Due to Strangulation and Entrapment Hazard
According to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, five retailers are recalling crib tents and play yard tents made by Tots in Mind, Inc. The products are said to present a strangulation and entrapment hazard to young children. The CPSC is aware of at least 27 separate tent failures, including one fatality in December of 2008.
