GREENE COUNTY, MO — Authorities have named Ashley Mosley and Christopher Simmons as the people that were hurt in an accident between a car and a garbage truck in Greene County, Missouri on Tuesday, April 21st, 2015. Reports from the Highway Patrol said that the accident happened at about 5:26 Tuesday evening.
23-year-old Ashley Mosley and 24-year-old Christopher Simmons were hurt when a Chevy Cavalier and a garbage truck collided on Highway 13. Investigators with details of the accident said that they believe the car may have run a red light when it was struck by the garbage truck.
Mosley and Simmons were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries following the crash.
The investigation is underway at this time.
