NEW ORLEANS, LA — One person was seriously hurt after a two-vehicle accident that happened in New Orleans, Louisiana on Friday, March 20th, 2015. Local news said that the accident happened at about 9:40 Friday morning.
One person was taken to the hospital after they were pinned between two vehicles that had crashed on Carrollton Avenue. Police think that the victim was standing in front of a parked pickup truck when a vehicle struck the another car and pinned the man between the car and the truck.
The victim was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital where he was last reported in stable condition.
Police are trying to determine if the driver of the offending vehicle was imparied at the time of the accident.
