South Tyler, TX — Early last month, in November, there was a serious accident between two cars in the southern part of Tyler that left a woman with serious injuries. The accident happened along Highway 69 and involved a minivan and a car, though no names were released.
Te The accident happened on Monday, November 10, at the intersection of Highway 69 and FM 346. A woman in a silver minivan was somehow involved in an accident with a car which sent her carrying off the roadway. She crashed through a fence and went through a grassy area, where the minivan crashes into a sign or structure of some sort.
As a result, the woman was badly injured and had to be taken. Allegedly, another car driven by a man was involved in this wreck as well. That man wasn’t identified, though it’s possible he was driving a white suburban at the time. He was also injured in the accident, but much less seriously and was able to be released from a hospital that same day.
The cause of the accident (and whether there would be charges filed) was still to be investigated at the last update and, as of December, it doesn’t look like any new information has been shared.
