KAUFMAN COUNTY, TX — A two-vehicle accident left one person dead and sent two others to the hospital in Kaufman County, Texas on Sunday, June 22nd, 2014, according to the report from WFAA.
Investigators believe Holli Penn was hurt when the vehicle she was in crashed into a Chevy Tahoe SUV while driving on Highway 60 around 2:30 Sunday morning.

Holli Penn was taken by EMS personnel to a nearby hospital where she was being treated for unspecified injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Christopher Newton, who died in the accident.
Also injured in the accident was Mathew Bagley.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
