MIDDLETON, PA — A pedestrian has died after a traffic accident in Middleton, Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 7th, 2014, according to a news article from The Bucks County Courier Times.
Investigators currently have reason to believe that Jennifer Murray was killed when she was hit by a Honda for reasons currently under investigation while she was walking down or making an attempt to cross Lincoln Highway around 9:15 Saturday night.

Jennifer Murray was killed in the accident, although it is not currently clear if she died at the scene, or at a nearby hospital after the crash.
Authorities from the Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating the fatal accident.
Commentary:
This is one of those accidents where more details are needed before anything conclusive can be said about the accident. First off, the position of the victim in the road is going to be the key detail in this accident. If they were on a sidewalk, designated pedestrian/bike lane, in the shoulder of the road, or in a marked crosswalk, there could be some liability questions geared toward the driver, but again, this all hinges on the final details. Either way, a second look would be a great idea in this case.
