Sunday, May 19th 2013– Mercedes Jaime-Levvintre sustained non-life-threatening injuries in an accident involving a Kia and a tow truck on Sunday in Savage, MN. Reports did not indicate the nature of Jaime-Levvintre’s injuries, nor the possible severity. It is not clear where she was treated for those injuries sustained in the accident either.

Scene of the Accident:

The accident occurred when a tow truck, operated by Robert M. McGinley, made a left turn off of the highway onto another road. The driver of the tow truck allegedly failed to yield at a yield sign posted at the intersection, and was struck by a 2010 Kia Soul that was eastbound on the highway. Investigation is still ongoing.

Felicia Jacobs Injured in fatal Accident in Thomson, GA

Monday, May 20th 2013– Felicia Jacobs was the driver of an SUV that was involved in an accident with two other vehicles, one of which was a semi-truck. According to reports, the semi-truck was struck a Crown Victoria after the Crown Victoria failed to stop at a stop sign. This forced the semi-truck into the path of Jacobs’ SUV.

Scene of the Accident:

Jacobs was airlifted to Georgia Regents Medical Center trauma unit where she was admitted in unknown condition. She was treated there for serious injuries she had sustained in the accident. The driver of the Crown Victoria was pronounced dead at the scene.

Monday, May 20th 2013– Shortly before 3 p.m. Caldwell Police received a call about a two-vehicle accident in front of a school in Caldwell, NJ on Monday. Responders transported two unidentified people to area hospitals for treatment of what were noted as minor injuries. The exact nature of the injuries and the two injured peoples’ identities are being withheld pending investigation.

Scene of the Accident:

Local residents are displeased with regards to the safety record of the area in which the accident took place, as it has a history of accidents in the same vicinity. Investigation is ongoing.

Saturday, May 18th 2013– The driver and the passenger of a 1999 Lincoln Town Car were transported to Leominster Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the single-vehicle accident. Both of the unidentified occupants of the Town Car were said to have sustained minor injuries in the accident, but reports did not detail the nature of those injuries.

Local police are currently investigating what many have caused the accident, and have not released much information pending the completion of that investigation. No other injuries were reported in relation to this accident.

He was transported to Olympic Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident, but the severity and nature of his injuries was not noted in initial reports.

Monday, May 20th 2013– Kayla Walls was the driver of a 1991 Honda Accord that had slowed to make a left-hand turn onto Cliff Robinson Ln. when she was struck from behind by another vehicle. This was the first in a chain of accidents that left four people, including Walls, injured and one person dead. She was transported to Olympic Medical Hospital for observation following the accident.

Monday, May 20th 2013– A 42-year-old man, identified in reports as John McMahon of Port Angeles, WA, was initially transported to Olympic Medical Center but then airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment of injuries sustained in an accident. McMahon was a passenger in a 2001 Ford F-150 when it was involved in an accident with two other vehicles.

Scene of the Accident:

Reports did not state specifically the extent and nature of the injuries McMahon had sustained in the accident. The driver of the Ford McMahon was an occupant of did not survive the accident and was pronounced dead on the scene. Investigation into the cause of the accident is currently underway.
