Authorities currently in charge of the investigation have released the name of a woman killed in a road accident in George West, TX on Wednesday, November 27th, 2013, according to KIII.
Accident investigators have reason to believe Calina Fairless was killed when the car she was a passenger in pulled off to the side of Interstate 37 before being struck by a tractor-trailer for reasons currently under investigation.

According to the news report, Calina Fairless sustained massive injuries in the accident and was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics when they arrived.
The driver of the car was also killed in the crash.
Police hope to release more information pertaining to the accident in the coming days.
