Tanker truck explosion in Nashville, TN injures driver.

 

On Tuesday, March 9, a tanker truck driver was seriously injured when his tanker truck exploded in Nashville, TN.  Officials report that the tanker was moving fuel between underground tanks at a gas station when it exploded.  The driver sustained burns on over 60% of his body and was rushed to a nearby hospital.  The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.

Product manufacturers and property owners are responsible for making sure that people who use their products and work on their property are safe.  When these responsibilities are neglected and someone is injured, that victim may wish to file a lawsuit.  I wish I could say that this is a simple task, but in my experience, people will do almost anything to avoid accepting responsibility for an accident.  But the truth is that the law is on your side.  With the help of an experienced personal injury attorney, you can be sure that those responsible for your injuries are held accountable.
