1 teen and 2 small children hospitalized following a 3:00am car crash
Two young children and one teenager were injured in an early Monday morning Dallas auto accident. Police say that at around 3:00 a.m., a driver ran a red light at Westmoreland Rd and Singleton Blvd in Dallas, Texas, crashing into another vehicle. That vehicle was carrying the three children. The conditions of the children are not known.
If your children have been injured by the negligence of another driver, you may be considering filing a personal injury lawsuit. Unfortunately, securing a successful outcome is nearly impossible without the legal assistance of a Texas personal injury attorney. An attorney will review the situation, determine if there are other parties negligent in the accident, and if so, help recover the compensation that you deserve. If you have been injured by a negligent driver, a Dallas accident injury attorney will help you fight for what is right!

As a Texas attorney practicing for 20 years, I have litigated all manner of personal injury cases. I use this blog as a place to write opinion / editorial articles on a variety of topics that catch my interest and as a means of sharing news stories relevant to personal injury accidents. I think the overwhelming majority of people are unaware just how common these types of accidents are and I hope this blog raises awareness to rather serious public safety concerns. However, this blog is simply a means for me to share my opinions and I would recommend that anyone who is considering seeking legal counsel should contact their family attorney.
