Mitsubishi to recall over 2,000 vehicles due to fire hazard.
Mitsubishi has announced that it will be recalling over 2,000 of its Galant model vehicles. This recall is due to the possibility of a leak in the automatic transmission assembly which could cause a fire. So far, no injuries have been reported in relation to this defect.
After the many recent Toyota recalls, hopefully automakers have learned something: consumers demand safe products. When consumers suffer some injury due to unsafe vehicles, those victims may wish to sue for personal injury.
