Two young children and one teenager hurt in Dallas car accident.
On Sunday, March 7, two small children and one teenager were hurt in a car accident in Dallas, TX. Police report that a driver ran a red light at an intersection, crashing into the vehicle carrying the three victims. They were rushed to the Children's Medical Center of Dallas, but their conditions are currently not known.
Drivers have a responsibility to make sure that their actions do not endanger other people. When drivers act negligently, however, and harm innocent victims, those victims or their families may wish to file a personal injury lawsuit. I wish I could say that this is a simple task, but in my experience, people will do everything in their power to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But ultimately, the law is on your side. With the help of a Dallas car wreck lawyer, the person responsible for your family's injuries can be brought to justice.
