Middleborough, MA – Jennifer McGrady was struck by a vehicle on Route 28 on December 10, 2015. The accident occurred around 5:00 PM.
According to reports, Jennifer McGrady was attempting to cross Route 28, near Apazidi’s Restaurant, when she was struck by a vehicle, driven by Donald J. Mackiewicz Jr..
Jennifer McGrady sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. She was transported by air to a area hospital in Boston for treatment of her injuries.
Donald J. Mackiewicz Jr. was not reported injured in the accident.
The accident is still under investigation by Middleboro Officer Mark E. Meaney, Det. Robert W. Lake and Trooper Michael George of the State Police Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Section.
Charges have not yet been filed.
