Louisville, KY – A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle on November 24, 2015. The accident occurred Tuesday evening.
According to authorities, a pedestrian was crossing Dixie Highway, between Bonnyville Boulevard and Upper Hunters Trace, when he was struck by a white Ford Crown Victoria.
The man sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision. He was transported to University Hospital for treatment of critical injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not reported injured. The driver stayed at the scene until police arrived.
The accident is currently under investigation.
No charges have been filed at this time.
