Shell Knob, MO – William Parker injured after a single vehicle accident involving a semi-truck on November 24, 2015. The accident occurred around 6:00 AM.
According to authorities, William Parker was driving a 2006 Peterbilt along Highway 86, east of Golden, when he lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and entered a ditch before overturning.
Russell Zdarsky sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. He was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
The accident is currently under investigation as it is unclear what caused Parker to lose control of the big rig.
