Pike County, Missouri – Eric M. Leeper sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Pike County on Monday, September 21st, 2015. The accident happened around 2:05 pm.
From what we can tell, 29-year-old Leeper was driving a 2007 Sterling L9500 southbound along US 61 just north of Pike County Road 300 when the accident happened. The vehicle, for reasons unknown, traveled off the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned.
Leeper sustained serious injuries in the accident. His condition is not known.
There were no other occupants reported to be in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Authorities are still investigation the specifics surrounding this incident. There’s been no mention of excessive speed, distracted driving, or weather as possible contributing factors to the crash.
