Middleton, MO–Two women were seriously injured on Tuesday, August 18th in Pike County when they collided on State Highway K just before 7:30 p.m.
34-year-old Pamela Golian was traveling west in a 2005 Acura when she allegedly veered off the right side of the road. In an attempt to correct herself, police say she over-corrected and traveled into the eastbound lane, colliding with 24-year-old Kayla Frederick’s 2007 Ford Ranger.
Both drivers were seriously injured and taken to local hospitals. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is still investigating, and are not sure what caused Golian to initially veer off the right side of the highway.
