Johnson County, MO — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has identified Twila Christopher as the woman who was injured in a car accident in Windsor, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. The accident took place on Highway 23 at the intersection of Route WW, around 11:30 in the morning.
Elbert Coleman was headed south on Highway 23 and slowed to make a left-hand turn onto WW. Coleman drove into the path of Christopher’s vehicle, and she crashed into its front driver’s side corner.
