South Fort Worth, Texas — A motorcyclist was badly injured after his bike was in a wreck along Oak Grove Road in Fort Worth this past Sunday, August 2, 2015. The details of what happened aren’t yet clear, but according to the Fort Worth Fire Department, the rider might require an arm amputation.
They reported that a call came in on Sunday in the southern part of Fort Worth, near Burleson.
A motorcycle was riding along Oak Grove Road, just south of Everman Parkway, when they lost control along a curve in the road and apparently hit some barbed wire fence. The reason for losing control isn’t clear, but the reports do confirm that the rider was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious trauma to their arm.
No names are being released at the moment.
