Ocala, FL — Two people were injured in a car accident in Ocala, Florida, on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. The accident took place at the intersection of State Road 40 and NE 28th Avenue, around 1:15 in the afternoon.
Local sources that a car and a pickup truck were trying to cross 40 when the crash happened. The collision caused the car to rollover, and emergency workers were called in to help extricate them from the vehicle.
Two people were injured in the accident and taken to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries is unclear. Their names weren’t released.
The accident is still being investigated.
