Anytime an accident involves a commercial vehicle, and there are lingering questions as to how the accident actually happened, victims and their families could do much worse than having an independent investigation launched. There’s a very good chance that the trucking company will have their own people investigating the accident themselves. And you can be sure that they’re not going to be looking out for your best interests. Why let them dictate how you’re going to be treated? Evidence is what’s going to prove a case either way, so it’s evidence that needs to be collected as soon as possible after an accident’s taken place.
