Mendenhall, MS — There was an accident reported on Highway 13 in Mendenhall that left 5 people injured earlier this week. The police reported that a car, an 18-wheeler truck, and a pickup truck collided on Highway 13 on Wednesday (July 22, 2015) at about 12:00 p.m.
It’s not clear what happened just yet, but looks like a white/silver 4-door sedan may have been rear-ended by a red 18-wheeler, then pushed into a tan-colored pickup truck.
The accident happened near Woodland Cove’s intersection, just NE of Highway 149.
A total of 5 people had to be taken to hospitals, two of whom were ejected during the wreck. More details will hopefully be released later, but it’s not clear if the police are going to file any charges here.
