CASS COUNTY, MO– An official State Patrol report named Wayne Stewart and Christina Walton as the pair that were hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Cass County, Missouri on Monday, June 29th, 2015. The preliminary release said that the accident happened at about 6:10 Monday evening.
Officials said that 53-year-old Wayne Stewart and 39-year-old Christina Walton were hurt when a Dodge Dakota and an Oldsmobile Alero collided on Highway 2. The report said that the Dodge may have crossed from the westbound lanes to the eastbound lanes when it collided with the Oldsmobile head-on.
Stewart and Walton were taken to the hospital for treatment after the accident.
Cass County Sheriff’s Department representatives assisted at the scene.
