Amarillo, TX — A driver was sent to the hospital following an accident in Amarillo, Texas, on Thursday, May 21, 2015. The accident took place on Interstate 40, near the exit to Soncy Road.
The driver hurt in the accident hasn’t been identified. Police say that the man was traveling with a woman and two children when he crashed into the back of a Ford Expedition. Pictures from the scene show his vehicle with extensive front end damage.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
The woman and two children weren’t hurt in the accident.
