Local news reports in Round Rock, TX have stated that a total of 5 people were injured in Monday’s car accident on Palm Valley. According to the reports, a truck and a minivan were involved in a collision on December 31, 2012 at Palm Valley and Harrell Parkway, leaving a man trapped inside the minivan.

While four other occupants of the two vehicles were taken to a hospital with minor injuries, paramedics were required to extricate a man inside the minivan because he was trapped. After he was rescued, he was rushed to a local hospital as well, where he was treated for life-threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is still unknown, but police are working to investigate the scene.
