TUSCON, AZ — One person was hurt in an accident that may have involved alcohol in Tuscon, Arizona on Friday, March 13th, 2015. Local news said that the accident happened sometime Friday night.
One person was hurt when the car they were driving swerved across traffic and crashed near the intersection of Swan Road and 22nd Street. Reports said that the car drove over the curb and collided with a nearby utility pole.
The driver of the car was taken by EMS to a nearby hospital where they were last reported in serious condition.
The Tuscon Police Department handled the accident investigation, and think both speed and alcohol may have played a role in the crash.
