Head-on collision in San Antonio injures Barbara Kelly

 

On September 14, 2009, Barbara Kelley was injured in a head-on collision near San Antonio. The car accident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. as Kelly's Ford F-150 was struck by a Ford Taurus that crossed into her lane while passing an 18-wheeler. The driver of both cars were flown to University Hospital in San Antonio for treatment of serious injuries.
