LONGWOOD, FL — Authorities have identified Christopher Cattaneo as the man that was seriously hurt in a hit-and-run accident at a construction site in Longwood, Florida on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015. News from the area said that the accident happened at about 2:00 Tuesday morning.
23-year-old Christopher Cattaneo was taken to the hospital after he was struck by a pickup truck while he was working on a construction site on Interstate 4. Investigators said that the pickup truck swerved and hit Cattaneo. The truck did not stay on the scene.
Cattaneo was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after the accident.
Longwood Police are still looking for the driver of the truck.
