FORT SMITH, AR — One person was hurt after a major car accident that happened in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Friday, February 27th, 2015. News reports out of Fort Smith said that the accident happened at about 6:30 Friday morning.
One person was taken to the hospital after two cars collided in the parking lot of the Phoenix Expo Center. Police said that a Chevy Malibu and a Toyota Camry collided for reasons currently under investigation while driving in the parking lot.
The driver of the Malibu was taken to the hospital.
The investigation is underway.

There is so much about this accident that makes absolutely no sense to me. How fast was one or both of the vehicles going in a parking lot to cause injury in a collision? Considering the accident took place at an expo center parking lot in the early morning hours, just how many cars were present, or was it a wide open lot? If anybody knows more about what happened, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
