Commentary:
Since the dawn of the smartphone era, I’ve seen crossover accidents only increase in number. Vehicles can drive over the center line of traffic for a multitude of reasons like nodding off, tire malfunctions, or driver distraction. If the driver of the offending vehicle in this accident was on their cell phone, all it would take to know for sure is having a look at the device and possibly asking the cell service provider a few questions to prove that they were surfing Facebook at the time of the crash.
