Kenneth Dux Injured in Richardson, TX After Alleged DWI Accident

According to local police reports in Richardson, TX, Kenneth Dux was critically injured on November 27, 2012 after an accident along Central Expressway’s frontage road. Dux and his wife, Carol Dux, were passenger’s in Matthew Leon’s van and were driving on the frontage road near Spring Valley Road at 2:20 a.. when they were hit from behind.

The collision caused Leon’s van to leave the roadway and overturn multiple times. Kenneth was hospitalized, but lost an arm to the accident. Carol and Leon were both treated for nonfatal injuries, as was the offending driver, 34-year old James Dunne. Police said that Dunne was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and was charged with intoxication assault.
