WILLARD, OH — Ted Patrick was identified as the man that died in a major car accident that happened in Willard, Ohio on Friday, January 30th, 2015. The news reports said that the accident happened at about 2:20 Friday morning.
28-year-old Ted Patrick died when the pickup truck he was driving and a utility truck collided for reasons currently unclear to accident investigators while driving on Highway 224. Officials believe that Patrick’s pickup crossed over the center line when it collided head-on with the utility truck.
Patrick was killed in the crash.
The investigation is being handled by the Ohio State Police.
