Commentary:
Before anybody goes through the effort of blaming the driver for this accident, has anybody had a look at the vehicle involved in the accident? It is perfectly plausible that there was some kind of defect or malfunction within the vehicle that contributed to, or caused this accident. Police and accident cleanup crews don’t know what to look for, so having somebody who does take a look at the vehicle could reveal that this accident was completely out of the hands of the driver.
