Commentary:
Does anybody know what sparked off this accident? Was there possibly another vehicle involved? Did something with the truck itself go wrong? If the truck had some kind of tire blowout, or manufacturer defect in the vehicle, the manufacturer of the vehicle could be liable for the accident, but considering we don’t know how the accident happened, I’d need to see more information.
