Otho Dale Noggle was reportedly struck and injured in Breckenridge, TX by a motorist on October 11, 2012. Police said that Noggle was hit by 36-year old Brandon Wayne Harris’ vehicle in the 100 block of South Miller street at about 1:00 p.m. Noggle sustained a serious head injury and was hospitalized as a result, sources said.

Harris fled the scene, but was later apprehended by police. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and Noggle was listed in critical condition at a local hospital in Fort Worth.
