34-year-old TXDOT worker injured when struck by judge

On June 5, 2008 a 34-year-old Texas Depertment of Transportation employee sustained life threatening injuries when a Cadillac driven by a Texas Judge slid off of the roadway crashing into him. The accident occurred on southbound Interstate 37 as the worker was fixing a directional sign. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
