Wesley Harlow and two others injured in crane accident at Cowboys Stadium

On June 12, 2008 three construction workers suffered a workplace injury in a crane accident on the construction site at the new Dallas Cowboys stadium in Arlington, TX. One of the workers has been identified as Wesley Harlow.

Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the accident but what is known is that some portion of the structure failed causing part of the cranes steel structure to collapse. As the large steel pieces crashed to the ground three construction workers had to leap from the cab of the crane in order to avoid being crushed.

The three workers were injured in the jump. All three were transported to a local hospital following the workplace injury. Harlow was listed in critical condition.

This is the second construction accident in as many days in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
