SMITH COUNTY, TX — One person was taken to the hospital after an accident with a tractor-trailer that happened in Smith County, Texas on Friday, December 19th, 2014. The news report from KLTV said that the accident happened sometime Friday afternoon.
One person was taken by EMS personnel to the hospital after a tractor-trailer hauling cars and another vehicle collided while driving on Highway 271. The news did not say how the accident happened, nor did it describe the vehicles positioning in the road in relation to one another at the time of the accident.
One of the cars fell from the truck before it hit another vehicle. That vehicle drove away after the accident.

The news seemed to vaguely indicate that the tractor-trailer may be at fault in this accident, but doesn’t exactly say how or why. In any case, even if there is a sneaking suspicion that the tractor-trailer may be at fault in the accident, then they’re probably already one step ahead coming up with defense strategies.
