MADISON, WI — Janet Grady died following a major car accident that happened in Madison, Wisconsin on Friday, December 12th, 2014. The article released by Channel 3000 said that the accident happened at about 6:40 Friday night.
55-year-old Janet Grady was killed when the vehicle she was driving was hit head-on by another car while driving in the 2500 block of County Road MM. Police think that the other vehicle may have crossed over the median and into the lanes of oncoming traffic where it struck Grady’s car head-on.
Grady was pronounced dead by medical response teams when they arrived. The driver of the other vehicle as well as a passenger were taken by EMS to a nearby hospital.
Wisconsin State Patrol officers were helping local authorities with the accident investigation and cleanup.
