SAN ANTONIO, TX — One person was seriously hurt after an accident involving a tractor-trailer that happened in San Antonio, Texas on Tuesday, November 18th, 2014. The article released by News 4 San Antonio said that the accident happened around 6:40 Tuesday evening.
San Antonio Police handling the crash investigation said that an unidentified woman was seriously hurt when the car she was driving and a tractor-trailer collided at the intersection of Interstate 10 and East Houston. Witnesses said that the car may have run the stop light at the intersection when it was struck by the tractor-trailer.
The driver of the car was rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center where she was last reported in critical condition.
The truck driver did not report immediate injuries at the scene.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
