LUFKIN, TX — One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in Lufkin, Texas on Sunday, November 9th, 2014, the news report from KTRE said that the accident happened at about 2:00 Sunday afternoon.
Police believe that one person was killed when a motorcycle and a car collided at the intersection of Ellen Trout Drive and Martin Luther King Jr Boulveard. The news report does not detail what exactly caused the accident, nor does it illustrate the vehicles positioning in the roadway in relation to one another at the time of the crash.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS when they arrived.
The Lufkin Police is still detailing the accident.
