WITCHITA FALLS, TX — Dorwin Wooren and Jason Lane were hurt in a major two-vehicle accident that happened in Witchita Falls, Texas on Friday, October 17th, 2014. The accident summary from The Times Record News said that the accident happened around 9:30 Friday morning.
77-year-old Dorwin Wooren and 36-year-old Jason Lane were injured when a van and a pickup truck collided on Highway 287. Officials believe the van may have rear-ended the trailer behind the pickup truck. A tractor that was mounted on the trailer fell off in the collision.
Both Wooren and Lane were taken to the hospital after the accident.
The Department of Public Safety is still investigating.
