CAN YOU HELP?

If you have information regarding the below referenced incident, please leave a comment as this may prove instrumental in helping the victims and their families should a legal case come to fruition.

Most people will never know how many accident victims and their families have been helped by a selfless witness who came forward to provide evidence about an incident. Additionally, if you are aware of any prior incident or accident involving the same defendant that is referenced below, please leave a comment.

It is very common, that an employer, trucking company, etc. that acts negligently in their day to day operations will cause accidents year after year. It is critical for the family members of these accident victims, and the lawyers that represent these families, to be aware of such prior incidents.

The information you provide will remain confidential and just may help a victim or their family find justice.

On May 8, 2008 in Dallas, TX. a 12-year-old girl was struck by a car as she crossed the street. The accident occurred at the intersection of Military Parkway and Urban Avenue. Witnesses say the girl exited a DART shortly before crossing the street. The girl is listed in critical condition at Children's Medical Center of Dallas.
