Commentary:
Any time a truck drivers into the lanes of oncoming traffic, it is always a messy ordeal, but the truck driver probably didn’t steer his truck into oncoming cars with the intent of causing an accident. It was probably due to carelessness, and I’m really wondering if carelessness is a trait any driver should have, let alone the driver of an 80,000 pound truck. This kind of behavior should never be rewarded, and make no mistake, by allowing trucking companies to go unpunished and to continue business as usual after an accident like this is nothing short of rewarding an industry for carelessness.
