Oil field worker hurt in explosion near Denton

On April 21, 2008 an oilfield worker was injured in an explosion at an oil rig on Burns Ranch Rd. northwest of Denton, TX.

The worker was connecting a pump to a remote oil facility when an explosion occurred that sent the workers body flying through the air. He landed in an unconsious state.

Emergency workers trasported the worker from the scene via helicopter.
