West Lafayette, IN — A young man from Wabash was injured on Thursday, September 11, 2014, when the 2009 Chevrolet he was driving crossed the center line of North River Road and crashed into an oncoming semi-truck in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Police arrived on the scene to find Peebles, with a leg injury, sitting outside his car. He was taken to St. Elizabeth East Hospital and is listed in good condition.
John Snell, the driver of the semi-truck, was uninjured and refused medical treatment at the scene.
Those investigating the accident say that drugs and alcohol did not play a role in the accident.
