Drunk driver hits his own uncle

On April 10, 2008 in Houston, TX a drunk driver in a Chevy pickup truck ran a stop sign and caused a major accident with a Ford Explorer that happened to be driven by his uncle. The SUV driven by the uncle was forced off of the roadway into a ditch. The uncle was transported to the hospital by Life Flight helicopter. The drunk driver was taken into custody and charged with intoxication assault.
