AUSTIN, TX — A woman was rushed to the hospital after a bus accident that happened in Austin, Texas on Sunday, August 31st, 2014, according to the article released by the Austin American Statesman.
Police think that an as-of-yet unidentified woman in her 40s was seriously hurt when her SUV collided with a Capital Metro bus while driving through the intersection of East Riverside Drive and Grove Boulevard around 6:15.

The woman was taken by EMS personnel to a nearby hospital where a medical spokesperson last reported her in critical condition following ht eaccident. The driver of the bus was also taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. There were no passengers on the bus at the time of the accident.
The investigation is currently ongoing at this time.
